It was a good and pleasant experience for my family, stayed here to watch the eclipse. All employees were very friendly, I request a microwave for my room and they happily got me one. Annie in the food was the best! Breakfast was really good and the room was clean, no complains! If you are looking for a quiet place this is not for you since you have the airport right across from the Hotel, we were really tired so we didn’t mind!! Will stay here again!

Terrible upkeep of the room. Airport shuttle from 9a to noon - I’ve never heard of a more ludicrous schedule for an airport hotel. Breakfast was as expected at an airport hotel. It’s not really an amenity because you’ll want to eat a proper one when you get to the airport.

Slightly above average, clean hotel near the airport, a big advantage is the shuttle that will take you there and back. Free of charge. We also used it for transportation to Walmart and to a restaurant (legendary beef on weck). The driver could be more pleasant... We also tried the pool, but beware... Ice water. And the hot tub smelled very strange. A car is necessary for a trip to Niagara, as well as for a visit to Six Flags. And... american breakfasts are not our standards :)

Stayed here in October, flew from New Zealand for a bills game and had the best stay. All staff are super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome especially being in such a different place from home. Had good chats to the cleaning staff every time I went up to my room. Rooms were very nice and very good size too. Thanks heaps!

We stayed at this hotel for just one night for a shopping trip. Because we were a rewards member we were upgrading from a king room to a king suite with a jetted tub. The room was huge for just the two of us. There was a sitting room as you entered. Then a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Then a large washroom with jetted tub and separate shower. A closet and large king bed. For the most part, the room was clean, but did need a bit of an update. There is a fitness center and swimming pool. We used the pool and enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast was good. They had eggs, fruit, breads, cereal and meats. Everything was good. There is always a place to make a coffee, tea or hot chocolate. The hotel is right next to the airport, so you will hear planes taking off and landing. You are also near the Walden Galleria Mall and many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and if in the area would stay there again.
